Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup (1 stick) butter (melted)
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar (for extra richness)
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for extra moisture)
½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for a sweeter touch)
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

3. Mix Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in sour cream (or Greek yogurt) for extra moisture. If using, add nuts or chocolate chips.
5. Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
